Where can you find us?
The group meet on most Sundays between Easter and the end of September/October depending on the weather.
You can find us, or an abandoned wheelchair or two, at the bottom of the ramp directly opposite the Carrickfergus Marina building from 10am to 2pm. Just look for our distinctively coloured sails.
If it is too windy to take the dinghys onto the lough we take the Access dinghy into the harbour where it is a little more sheltered. The marina personnel will be more than pleased to point you in the right direction.
So if you want to try going out in a dinghy, having a ride in a Rib or just want to chat and check us out, please come down with a friend or family member and see us. It’s brilliant fun. We will provide you with a life jacket, but we will never pressure you into doing anything that you’re not comfortable with.
